According to the Notice of General Office of State Council on 2009 Holidays Arrangement, from May 28 to 31, 2009, motor vehicles shall not be restricted to rotate No Driving Day per week at peak hours by tail plate No., as provided in the Circular of the Beijing Municipal People’s Government on Further Implementing Traffic Management Measures.
